The work included the planning and implementation of the groundwater characterization program that was part of the closure plan for this Class I, II, and III landfill. The program was conducted under strict EPA deadlines for aquifer testing and groundwater modeling, supervision of drilling activities, installation of groundwater and vadose wells, Work Plan and Report preparation.
