Process Control & Data Automation

Today’s fueling system users require much more performance than routing fuel from a storage tank to a delivery point. Advances in computer technology and their rapid transition from development to market have resulted in capabilities that were unimagined a few short years ago. Two of the areas that these technologies have proven most useful are process control and data automation.

WPI’s engineers have earned a reputation as leaders in the field of applying process control and data automation to fueling system design. Examples include tracking gross fuel usage and usage in individual vehicles, remote tank monitoring, automated fill scheduling, etc. Access to this information provides a level of operational control that results in significant savings of time and money as well as increases in efficiency.
