Ed Smith is a U.S. Army Veteran and long-serving Project and Program Manager. Ed began his career as a heavy equipment operator and has unparalleled experience in Well Drilling Operations at the Department of Defense and Energy. Ed has been with Wayne Perry, Inc. since 2000 and was named Vice President in 2018. Ed brings his expertise as the Sacramento General Manager and Chevron Client Manager, overseeing all fueling, facility, lighting maintenance, and fueling construction programs.
