Scott is an accomplished environmental and general construction professional with extensive experience in project and site management. As Engineering Division Manager, Scott retains several certifications, including his Professional Engineering License and Project Management PMP credentials. Scott obtained a B.S. in civil engineering from California State University, Fullerton. In addition to his primary job functions, Scott is recognized as a skillful remediation system construction manager of over 120 systems, including soil vapor extraction, groundwater extraction, dual-phase extraction, product skimmer systems, various sparging systems, and oxygen pulse injections. During his two decades in construction, he has formed a reputation for fostering quality relationships with project stakeholders and regulatory personnel. Scott also focuses on designing and constructing alternative fuel systems, including CNG, LNG, and hydrogen.
