Safety Is Job One
Wayne Perry, Inc. has built a world-class safety culture into everything we do.
We Start with Behavior
Safety Is a Practice
Our culture of safety revolves around shaping behavior in the field. Our proven, behavior-based training program fosters good habits in all of our employees, giving them the power to shape and direct the activities happening around them. The result is a safer workplace and a healthier team.
Safety Is a Discipline
By building safety into project planning, we strive to eliminate or control every potential hazard. We train our employees to be smart about safety. Pairing a safety-first mindset with skills in hazard recognition, we eliminate accidents before they occur.
Compliance Drivenby Creativity
Meeting state and federal safety standards is only the start. True to our tradition of innovation, we have developed a Safety Management System unique to our company’s needs while meeting the expectation of IOGP 510 and ISO 45001. Once combined with Wayne Perry, Inc.’s proven process and accountability structure, these systems leave nothing to chance.
Wayne Perry, Inc.’s Injury Safety Management System goes beyond the requirements of Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations. Our goal isn’t to reduce injuries and claims—it is to eliminate them. Our Safety Management System, IIPPS, helps us:
- Create, maintain, and reinforce a safe work environment. We want to protect the health and safety of employees, clients, suppliers, and the public at all times.
- Demonstrate leadership commitment, concern, and shared responsibility for employee safety.
- Maintain compliance with current health and safety codes.
- Consistently train, instruct, and communicate with our employees.
- Streamline our accident investigation process and hazard correction program.
- Organize the record-keeping process across Wayne Perry, Inc.
Our clients can access Wayne Perry Inc.’s Safety Management System through ISNetWorld and Avetta. We go the extra mile by providing individual demonstrations of the comprehensive program.
