In Laura’s position as Vice President of Geosciences, she provides leadership and support by recruiting team members for divisional needs, cultivating the professional growth and development of the geoscience team, ensuring safety and training compliance, and assisting with the development of our strategic goals and policies. She has an extensive background in environmental consulting, successfully leading the environmental investigation and remediation of retail fuel facilities. In addition, she serves as Program Manager for a portfolio consisting of more than 200 environmental sites for Shell Oil Company. During her tenure as Program Manager she has received Shell’s Consultant of the Year Award in 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2010. Laura earned a B.S. in environmental science from the University of California, Riverside. Laura is also the Director of Quality/Safety/Environment and is responsible for the company’s health and safety program.
