Program Description
Wayne Perry, Inc. operates an internal text messaging program between our central dispatch team and our field service employees. Messages relate to job assignments, site locations, arrival windows, schedule changes, safety notices, and job status updates.
This program is used solely for internal operational communication with Wayne Perry, Inc. personnel. It is not used for marketing, promotional, or sales messages, and it is not used to contact customers or members of the general public.
How Employees Opt In
Wayne Perry, Inc. employees provide express written consent to receive dispatch text messages by signing the SMS Communication Consent Form during new-hire onboarding or during annual field operations acknowledgment. Employees may also opt in by texting START to the dispatch number provided by their supervisor.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment. Employees who do not opt in, or who later opt out, will continue to receive dispatch information by telephone or other means.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on job assignments and operational activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Wayne Perry, Inc. does not charge for these messages; your own mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from the dispatch number. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin, reply START.
Opting out of text messages does not remove you from other work communications such as telephone calls or email.
