Wayne Perry, Inc. uses text messaging only for internal operational communication with field service employees. Messages may include job assignments, site locations, arrival windows, schedule changes, safety notices, and job status updates.

How employees opt in

  1. During new-hire onboarding or an annual field operations acknowledgment, the employee receives the SMS Communication Consent Form shown below.
  2. The employee reviews the program disclosures, enters the mobile number where dispatch messages should be sent, selects I CONSENT, then signs and dates the form.
  3. Wayne Perry, Inc. records and retains the signed consent form as proof of express written consent. Employees may also opt in by texting START to the dispatch number provided by their supervisor.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. Message frequency varies based on job assignments and operational activity, typically 5–15 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. See the SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
